Mental wellness as a whole is not talked about enough. Mental wellness of entrepreneurs even less. 72% of entrepreneurs are directly or indirectly affected by mental health issues compared to just 48% of non-entrepreneurs.

And then comes seasonal depression. For a lot of us spending months in cold weather and snow, this can be even worse. Less activity, less time outside, less work-life balance.

There is nothing like sport to help! And nothing wrong with a little friendly competition to get everyone amped!

This is our favourite event of the year. And not because we put it on, but because the people that come make it something truly special. This was the last PORCH Potluck of 2024 and we had the pleasure of collaborating with Google for Startups for this special night. Sharing food, laughs, games, and so so much fun.
